Summary

An ERP Consultant implements and supports enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize business operations. This role focuses on configuring ERP modules, training users, and ensuring efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and configure ERP modules (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize processes.
• Document ERP configurations, workflows, and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in ERP implementation or support.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules and system functionality.

Preferred Skills / Duties

• ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Knowledge of finance, HR, supply chain, or operations processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
