Job Description

Steele Solutions is seeking an experienced Epicor Developer with strong Epicor Kinetic experience to support ongoing ERP enhancements, customizations, and integrations. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, develop, and support Epicor Kinetic solutions aligned with manufacturing and operational needs.

The position is primarily remote, with required onsite travel to Milwaukee once per month (travel expenses covered).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Epicor Kinetic (latest versions) applications

• Develop and maintain BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, Forms, and UI customizations

• Work with Epicor REST services, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems

• Support data extraction, reporting, and analytics using BAQs and SSRS

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Epicor-related issues in a timely manner

• Assist with upgrades, patches, and performance optimization of Epicor Kinetic

• Provide documentation, technical guidance, and post-deployment support

Required Skills & Experience

• Epicor ERP development experience

• Hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience is mandatory

• Strong experience with:

• BPMs (Method & Data Directives)

• BAQs & Advanced BAQs

• Customizations & UI forms

• Dashboards & SSRS reports

• Experience with Epicor REST APIs / Service Connect

• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with distributed teams

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Epicor for manufacturing or industrial clients

• Prior experience in Epicor upgrades or Kinetic migrations

• Exposure to cloud-based Epicor deployments

• Willingness to travel onsite to Milwaukee once per month
