The Enterprise Architecture Governance & Controls team is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to provide strong governance support, oversight, and execution of key deliverables. This role requires a solid background in process governance and execution, combined with exceptional communication skills and organizational agility.

Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Issue Management: Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closure; facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Data Management & Reporting: Perform monthly data reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and deliver accurate tracking and reporting.
Risk & Remediation: Raise, monitor, and facilitate remediation of findings; define escalation and exception processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct reviews, host governance routines, and maintain governance materials, reports, and repositories.
Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and recommend solutions to strengthen governance processes.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and processes.
Automation & Documentation: Drive automation of existing processes and reports; create and maintain procedure documents.
Communication & Influence: Effectively communicate ideas verbally and in writing to influence teammates, technology partners, business leaders, and executives.
Governance Reporting: Deliver presentations, dashboards, and governance metrics to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in process governance and execution.
Proven track record in risk-focused projects and programs.
Experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations-preferably in Financial Services.
Strong skills in process refinement, governance, and project delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management.
Strategic thinker with adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
