Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA - 1 day on site/week, 4 days remote
Salary: 50-70K

Responsibilities
- Provide regular updates on progress to ensure alignment and understanding of project baselines.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- Write user stories and translate them into detailed textual requirements to support projects that require non-user story documentation.
- Work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Participate in conference calls, actively contribute, and ask clarifying questions to uncover true business needs.
- Analyze requirements thoroughly, going beyond surface-level details to identify the right solutions.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and share availability to facilitate virtual scheduling.
Required
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Data mining and analysis skills, including querying relational databases to connect member/provider claims data and derive insights.
- SQL experience
- Ability to identify when to escalate issues and seek upstream guidance to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
- Proficiency in translating user stories into clear, actionable textual requirements.
