IT Product Manager

Our growing client is looking to add an IT Product Manager to their team. This is a full time direct hire position with a rapidly growing, industry leading company. This position is based out of Philadelphia and will work on a hybrid model.

Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:

• 
  

  Ownership of technical products supporting backend services, reliability, or platform capabilities

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills across diverse audiences

  
  


• 
  

  Track record of delivering developer-facing and integration-centric product experiences

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of service interfaces, event-driven integrations, and system design concepts

  
  


• 
  

  Experience shaping operational and quality expectations such as availability, performance, and security

  
  


• 
  

  Effective collaborator across engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with product planning, documentation, and observability tools used in modern software teams

  
  


• 
  

  Customer-driven mindset with experience converting real-world needs into clear product direction

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to cloud-hosted environments and distributed systems
