About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of secure, stable, and scalable applications. You'll work across the software development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply modern engineering practices to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language with limited guidance.
• Design, develop, and debug applications while considering upstream and downstream system impacts.
• Use tools within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance automation and improve engineering efficiency.
• Apply technical troubleshooting skills to break down issues and solve problems of basic complexity.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret large, diverse datasets to identify issues and support data-driven decision-making.
• Learn and apply engineering methodologies, system processes, and best practices to build secure and stable systems.
• Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.js..
• Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large-scale or complex environment.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Exposure to agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.
• Foundational knowledge of software applications and technical domains such as cloud, AI/ML, or mobile development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or cloud-native development.
