Lead/Principal Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team
Phantom Works teams in

Position Responsibilities:- Develop and implement enterprise level approaches to structural and stability analysis and testing
- Develop analytical processes/tools to improve effectiveness, quality and efficiency of the development effort
- Investigate emerging technologies to develop future product designs to meet projected requirements
- Work with customers and regulatory agencies to develop certification standards and define processes that will ensure requirements are met
- Review and approve certification results
- Work independently

(A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered activeThis position requires ability to obtain Special Program Access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
- Level 5: 14+ years of working experience with a Bachelor's OR 12+ years with a Masters OR 9+ years with a PhD
- Level 6: 20+ years of working experience with a Bachelor's OR 18+ years with a Masters OR 14+ years with a PhD
- Advanced expert knowledge of aircraft structure, materials strength and properties, design and manufacturing requirements, loading conditions and processes
- Experience with setting criteria for certification, testing and allowables development, loads and analysis, and creating innovative solutions to complex problems
- Successful developmental effort noted for technology development of advanced tools, processes, materials and configurations
- Mentoring of early and midlevel career engineers and consultation/direction of work for other similar platforms, programs or business units

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Level 5: $154,700 - $209,300
Summary pay range Level 6: $188,700 - $255,300
