Title :Lead Quality Assurance Engineer - Oracle Supply Chain

Location : Nashville, TN (Day One Onsite )

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities including planning, design, and execution of test strategies for Oracle SCM projects, covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned to Oracle Supply Chain business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management).
• Own defect management processes: triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and collaboration with development and functional teams for resolution.
• Perform and guide API and integration testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.
• Mentor and manage QA team members, conduct test reviews, and promote QA best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including developers, business analysts, and Oracle functional consultants during requirements, UAT, and production releases.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, including test automation where applicable, to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze production issues using application/server logs, SQL queries, and diagnostic tools.
• Track and report QA metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and defect leakage to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain applications.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a lead or senior QA role.
• Strong experience testing Oracle ERP applications, particularly Oracle SCM modules (Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM).
• Solid understanding of supply chain business processes, including inventory, purchasing, order management, and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, web services (REST/SOAP), and system integration testing.
• Expertise in defect triage, log analysis, and troubleshooting complex application issues.
• Proficiency in SQL/PL/SQL for querying Oracle databases and validating data integrity.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Azure-based environments.
• Familiarity with QA and test management tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading QA efforts for Oracle SCM implementations, upgrades, or large-scale enhancements.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cucumber and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools such as Confluence.
