We are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.

What You Will Do:

Specific tasks will include but are not limited to:

• You will be responsible for specific tasks including, but not limited to: Installation and configuration of Linux and Windows HW platforms from the OS up to the C2BMC developed applications, documentation and verification of all installation and configuration steps in documentation to be delivered to the customer.
• You will be responsible for supervisory duties including up to 12 direct reports.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in the integration of separate software components into a single system
• Experience with Linux and Windows system administration including installing and configuring systems from the OS level up
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. (with SCI eligibility)

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Familiarity with Java
• Experience working with Missile Defense Agency. Previous experience on the C2BMC Program
• Scrum Master experience

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
