Marketing Analyst

Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our tech client remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing analytics to provide actionable insights and help drive strategic decisions. As a key contributor, you will work closely with leadership to manage marketing metrics and support data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive definitions for marketing metrics and organizational performance indicators.

Oversee and enhance the functionality and accuracy of the organization's marketing dashboard.

Design and implement business intelligence dashboards and reports to support data-informed decision-making for marketing leaders.

Prepare and deliver weekly updates on marketing performance metrics.

Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing data to uncover insights related to campaign effectiveness, channel performance, and pipeline conversions.

Evaluate online channel performance and provide actionable recommendations based on KPI benchmarks and trend analysis.

Analyze customer segments and their journey to assess funnel conversions and digital engagement, offering optimization strategies.

Create and present PowerPoint slides and narratives to share insights across sales, marketing, and product teams.

Collaborate on various projects and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing analytics, including campaign planning and performance evaluation.

Proficiency in designing and managing dashboards for data visualization and reporting in Power BI.

Strong understanding of KPI reporting and benchmarking across digital channels.

Ability to conduct advanced trend analysis and provide actionable optimization recommendations.

Expertise in customer segmentation and journey analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.

Skilled in creating compelling presentations and narratives using tools like PowerPoint.

Knowledge of demand generation strategies and pipeline conversion processes.

Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to deliver insights that drive business outcomes.
