Job Description:
We are seeking a Predictive Analytics professional with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Auto Insurance experience to design, build, and deploy customer retention and churn prediction models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in insurance data, actuarial variables, and advanced analytics to drive business decisions related to policyholder retention, pricing, and profitability.
Domain: Property & Casualty (Auto Insurance)
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain predictive retention/churn models for Auto Insurance and P&C products (MANDATORY)
Analyse policyholder behaviour across lifecycle stages: new business, renewals, cancellations, lapses
Develop models for:
- Policy renewal propensity
- Customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Cross-sell / upsell likelihood
- Price sensitivity & elasticity
- Work with large-scale insurance datasets: policy, claims, billing, telematics, rating factors
- Apply machine learning techniques (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Boost, GBM, Neural Nets)
- Partner with actuarial, underwriting, marketing, and product teams
- Translate model outputs into actionable business insights
- Perform model validation, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and model governance
