Summary

We are seeking an experienced Palantir Engineer to lead the design and delivery of data-driven solutions using Palantir Foundry, AIP, and Work Model. This role is critical in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, hands-on Palantir experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an onsite enterprise environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

9–12 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform development
Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, Palantir AIP, and Palantir Work Model
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets
Experience developing predictive and analytical models
Strong understanding of data management standards and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated experience leading training sessions or knowledge-sharing initiatives
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in data and analytics processes
