Position Overview Client is seeking an experienced
Axiom (Adenza) Controller View Developer to support regulatory reporting initiatives across multiple U.S. regulatory filings. This role combines system expertise, data validation, and test script creation to ensure accurate, complete, and timely regulatory submissions. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on Axiom/Adenza experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across business, technology, and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities Regulatory Reporting & System Support - Develop and update test cases and test scripts specific to regulatory schedules and reports.
- Review regulatory report schedules for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting requirements.
- Perform detailed review of line-level MDRM data, identifying gaps, data quality issues, and inconsistencies.
- Conduct comprehensive system functionality testing, including:
- Drill-through capabilities
- Data loading
- Report generation
- Workflow validation
Version Control & Workflow - Execute and validate historical report versioning, archival checks, and accessibility.
- Review and test workflow processes, including:
- Version saving and locking
- Submission readiness
- Maker/Checker controls
- Cross-check and inter-series validations
Stakeholder Communication - Use JIRA to raise, track, manage, and close issues through the development lifecycle.
- Participate in working groups to remediate issues, ensure closure of gaps, and implement improvement actions.
- Provide clear results reporting, issue escalation, and documentation throughout project cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills - In-depth experience with Axiom/Adenza ControllerView (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting data flows, mapping, and validation.
- Strong proficiency with JIRA for issue creation, tracking, and closure.
- Experience creating and updating comprehensive test cases and test documentation.
Functional Skills - Solid understanding of banking products and their linkage to U.S. regulatory reporting.
- Ability to analyze MDRM-level data and link it to report schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and data quality issues.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with U.S. regulatory reports such as: FFIEC, FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, Call Reports, etc.
- Background working in large banking environments.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and audit/regulatory expectations.
