Job DetailsQualifications (Needed):
- Bachelor's degree in general engineering, manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in quality engineering or similar manufacturing role
- Experience with quality control methodologies, PPAP, 8D, 5-Why, SQC
- Experience in semiconductor or aerospace component manufacturing
- Basic understanding of metal manufacturing processes (punching, forming, welding, machining, assembling)
- Basic SolidWorks skills and advanced MS Office skills
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure quality throughout production using QMS
- Maintain, improve, and evolve QMS processes and procedures
- Work with customers and vendors on all quality-related matters
- Perform postmortems and RCCAs on non-conformances
- Execute assigned quality engineering tasks as directed by the Quality Engineering Manager
