- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi-org strategy, and solution design.
- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with API-led architecture (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, Event-Driven frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions.
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce Data Modeling, Large Data Volume (LDV) patterns, and performance optimization.
Life Sciences Domain
- Strong understanding of Pharma processes.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, , UDI, and PV (Pharmacovigilance).
- Experience with HCP/HCO engagement models, patient services workflows, and field medical/field sales operations.
- Knowledge of drug commercialization, patient access programs, and regulatory compliance workflows.
