We are seeking an experienced Field Service Functional Architect to lead the functional architecture, design, and delivery of complex Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions. This role requires deep domain expertise in field service operations, strong Salesforce platform knowledge, and the ability to define scalable, future-ready service architectures across regions and business units.
The architect will own end-to-end functional solutioning, ensure alignment with business strategy, and guide consultants and developers in delivering best-practice Field Service implementations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Salesforce & Field Service Expertise
Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and Service Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation capabilities
Proven experience delivering large-scale Field Service implementations
- Domain & Industry Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of field service operations and service lifecycle management
Experience in industries such as utilities, manufacturing, telecom, oil & gas, healthcare, or equipment services
Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Architecture & Leadership
Strong architectural thinking with the ability to balance business needs and platform constraints
Experience defining enterprise functional architectures and solution roadmaps
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Salesforce Architect certifications
Other Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Field Service Accredited Professional, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architect certifications)
