Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

Role: Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

Location: Irving, TX, or Irvine, CA (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Must Haves:

- Experience as a Salesforce Developer at an enterprise scale.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, particularly in contact center workflows.

- A solid background in Healthcare or Contact Center environments.

- Strong expertise in Apex, including Object-Oriented design, governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous patterns.

- Proven Agile delivery experience with excellent stakeholder communication skills, both business and technical.

- UI / UX Designing

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Health Cloud / Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, Case lifecycle, Knowledge, IVR/CTI, and Data Cloud (identity resolution, segments, activations).

- Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms (REST/SOAP, authentication, error recovery, patterns).

- Practical experience in AI scripting/orchestration within the Salesforce ecosystem, including prompting patterns, guardrails, and agent workflows.
