What You Will Do:
- Manage ATO and RMF security packages
- Maintain SSPs, PIAs, ISAs, CMAs, and POA&Ms
- Perform security architecture and risk reviews for systems, vendors, and integrations
- Support regulatory and third-party audits
- Review and approve network access, firewall rules, system access, cloud deployments, and configuration changes
- Track controls and remediation in Archer or other eGRC tools
- Serve as the security liaison between technical teams, compliance, and vendors
Required Experience
- 4-6 years in FISMA / NIST RMF environments
- Technical background with:
- IBM 390/zSeries (Mainframe)
- Windows and Linux
- Databases (SQL & NoSQL)
- Networks, firewalls, and web applications
- Hands-on ownership of ATO documentation (SSP, PIA, ISA, CMA)
- Experience supporting audits and formal security assessments
- Experience with government or healthcare information systems
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and federal security controls
- Experience using Archer or another eGRC platform
- One or more security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or equivalent)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with federally regulated healthcare programs
- Familiarity with healthcare security frameworks
- Cloud security and third-party/vendor risk
- IT service or governance experience
- Mainframe / legacy systems
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
