Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the lead developer on the PRT BSA line, driving design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust data integration and transformation pipelines using ETL and Java.
- Build automation and orchestration workflows leveraging Python, Harness, and Rancher.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with Snowflake, AWS, and Springboot-based services.
- Champion best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

Preferred Qualifications:- Proven experience in ETL and Java development (primary focus).
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting and automation.

- Demonstrated leadership in technical projects or mentoring developers.

As a Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications. In this capacity, you'll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards in an agile environment.
- Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
- Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
- Manages medium to large project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to a Technology Manager/Director.
Typical Skills and Experiences:Education: Completion of undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.
Experience: Four or more years of analysis and technology experience.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle. Proven ability to tackle complex business and development problems. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
