Accenture Federal Services is seeking a System Administrator to join our team and support our client in Colorado Springs, CO. This person will act as a liaison between our client and operations teams, providing support and services to developers, programmers, and testers.

What you'll do:

• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of software systems meet the needs and requirements of platform users
• Install and configure software applications, databases, and middleware components according to best practices and system requirements
• Monitor the performance, health, and availability of software systems and applications
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as: software updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and security
• Configuration and management of security policies, firewalls, and access controls to enforce security
• Provide technical support and assistance for end-users

What you'll need:

• 3 years of general systems administration experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities
• 3 years of experience performing Windows or Linux system administration duties
• 1 year of experience supporting a cloud environment (AWS preferred) to include delivering, securing/managing, and diagnosing/troubleshooting complex issues
• 1 year of experience in a DevSecOps environment (e.g., working with configuration management tools, applying automation & infrastructure as code concepts)
• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Discipline, or 4 years of professional or military experience in lieu of a degree

Security Clearance:

You will need an active TS/SCI level security clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $93,400-$176,200 USD
