Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. This Trainer role is full-time supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Technology (OIT) Veteran Experience Services Eligibility and Enrollment (VESEE) Product Line. This role supports modernization of Eligibility and Enrollment to build a seamless experience for Veterans, their families, and caregivers and contributes to improving VA employee and Veteran lives and working towards a larger mission. The Trainer will provide support and thought leadership to OIT and business stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enable effective adoption of a modernized enrollment system.
Tasks for this role include:
- Assesses, designs and conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids and curriculums.
- Identify the best approach training requirements to include, but not limited to hardware, software, simulations, computer-assisted, course assessment and interviews.
- Ensure training aligns with overall VA brand identity and user needs.
- Build strong relationships with product line team members and stakeholders, collaborating to carefully tailor training curriculum.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
