About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Infrastructure Associate Director to lead the architecture, deployment, and management of blockchain infrastructure initiatives, including a next-generation blockchain-based network for smart contract-driven collateral management. This position requires deep expertise in infrastructure engineering, DevSecOps, and blockchain architecture to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance systems for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of blockchain infrastructure, including node architecture, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract deployment pipelines.

• Manage Kubernetes-based orchestration of blockchain nodes and supporting services.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and automation tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions into existing enterprise environments.

• Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for blockchain and infrastructure components.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.

• Lead incident response, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.

• Mentor and develop DevOps and blockchain engineering team members.

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in blockchain, distributed systems, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.

• 3+ years in blockchain infrastructure (Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Substrate, OP Stack, or similar).

• Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

• Expertise in Terraform, Terragrunt, and infrastructure automation.

• Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial or regulated industries.

• Knowledge of security and compliance standards in blockchain deployments.

• Strong leadership skills with proven success in managing technical teams.
