Position: Business Analyst Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager Work Hours M - F (8:00 - 5:00) Overtime as needed Primary Purpose: This position acts as a liaison between the bank's business units and the technical staff. They collaborate with the business units to translate business needs into functional business requirements and then work with the IT Programming staff to integrate the requirements into one or more of the bank's application solutions and provide testing and post-implementation
