JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking experienced analytics professional with expertise in Customer Journey, Patient 360, Commercial Analytics, or Customer Experience Analytics.
This individual will partner with Customer Journey, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, Sales Operations, Data Engineering, and Analytics Engineering to define metrics, shape analytical products, and support business decision-making.
Ideal experience includes Data Product Owner, Analytics Lead, Analytics Translator, or Senior Analytics Consultant roles.
Must be comfortable operating in an environment where business processes, dashboards, semantic layers, and source systems are evolving simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Define customer journey metrics, funnel measures, stage progression logic, conversion metrics, and outcome KPIs.
Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, business logic, and data requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to define customer journey stages, funnel definitions, and success measures.
Define KPI calculations, metric definitions, requirements, mapping specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to build and productionize analytical data products.
Support semantic layer development and business-ready data consumption.
Develop and validate Tableau dashboards, prototypes, and analytical products.
Reconcile data, validate outputs, and ensure consistency across dashboards and reports.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, document decisions, manage feedback, and obtain business alignment.
Drive delivery across multiple workstreams while managing dependencies and ambiguity.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience defining KPIs, business metrics, calculation logic, and analytical requirements.
Experience with Customer Journey Analytics, Funnel Analytics, Lifecycle Analytics, Patient 360, or Customer Experience Analytics.
Ability to translate business questions into technical requirements, metric definitions, and analytical solutions.
Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, fact and dimension structures, semantic layers, and downstream analytical consumption.
Experience working directly with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Visualization teams.
Hands-on Tableau experience including dashboard design, prototyping, testing, validation, and stakeholder reviews.
Experience validating analytical data and resolving discrepancies across datasets and reporting assets.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
Ability to assume ownership of active initiatives with minimal ramp-up time.
