Data & Analytics Manager

$140K-$160K Base + Bonus | 100% Remote | Full-Time

Have you led a Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Warehouse team while working hands-on with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, and Power BI?

Prominent is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager for our partner in the transportation and logistics industry. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning the organization''s data function, including data engineering, analytics, reporting, governance, and master data management.

You''ll lead a team of Data Engineers, Analysts, and DBAs while driving key initiatives such as enterprise data warehousing, Snowflake modernization, Power BI reporting, and data governance. This is an opportunity to influence data strategy at both the operational and executive levels.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and DBAs
• Drive enterprise data warehouse initiatives using Snowflake and Azure Data Factory
• Partner closely with software development and business teams
• Lead reporting modernization efforts, including Power BI adoption
• Own data governance, data quality, and master data management practices
• Establish standards for data integration, ELT pipelines, and SDLC processes
• Support critical customer-facing reporting and data services
• Manage vendor relationships, offshore resources, and department budgets
• Introduce AI tools and automation to improve team productivity and delivery

What We''re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, warehousing, analytics, or database administration
• 5+ years leading technical teams
• Strong experience with:
  • Snowflake
  • Azure Data Factory
  • SQL Server
  • Power BI
  • Data Warehousing
  • Data Governance
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
• Experience managing projects and cross-functional stakeholders
• Transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus
