Position Overview:
o Seeking a senior Credit Risk Analytics professional to lead consumer lending portfolio analytics, executive risk reporting, and reporting automation initiatives. The role combines credit-risk expertise with stakeholder and transformation leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
o Analyze consumer credit portfolios, identifying delinquency, loss trends, risk drivers, and performance against risk appetite.
o Evaluate credit strategies across acquisition, underwriting, line management, account management, and loss mitigation.
o Develop risk narratives, portfolio insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
o Lead modernization and automation of credit risk reporting in partnership with data and technology teams.
o Define analytical requirements, validate automated outputs, and own reporting quality and sign-off.
o Manage transformation priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
o Partner with senior stakeholders across Risk, Credit, Analytics, Data, Technology, Finance, and Operations.

Required Qualifications:
o 4+ years of consumer credit risk analytics experience in banking, financial services, or consumer lending.
o Strong experience in portfolio analytics, credit strategy, performance reporting, and risk monitoring.
o Understanding of consumer credit lifecycle and risk drivers.
o Strong SQL skills.
o Proven ability to present and defend analytical findings with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
o Python experience.
o Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or modern cloud data platforms.
o Experience leading reporting automation, analytics modernization, or data transformation initiatives.
o Experience with KPI/KRI reporting, dashboards, and portfolio monitoring.
o Strong program/project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
