Lead Technical Consultant - Platform Analytics

Introduction:

As the Lead Technical Consultant for Platform Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the creation and maintenance of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) reporting for our customers. Your expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Operations, IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Reporting, and Analytics will be critical in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in Platform Analytics and Reporting Engine to create and maintain ITOM and ITAM reporting for customers.
• Lead the team in implementing best practices for Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMMB).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in Platform Analytics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in Platform Analytics to continuously improve our services and solutions.

Requirements:

• CSA certification
• CAD certification
• Platform Analytics certification
• Expertise in Configuration Management Database, IT Operations, IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Reporting, Analytics.
