Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Must have 5+ years of experience as a practicing Change Manager for technical projects.
- Prosci or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience with acquisition projects is considered a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work within US East Coast or EMEA time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Execute change management activities and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Conduct change impact assessments.
- Develop and deliver technical and colleague communications.
- Perform strategic planning and alignment.
- Enhance the colleague experience strategy.
