Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Management Advisor to support large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and enterprise project support.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Change Management experience.
Experience working in a Healthcare, Research, or Academic environment.
Experience supporting enterprise-level projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and adoption management skills.
Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting enterprise projects with increasing levels of responsibility.
Experience supporting large-scale technology or enterprise transformation programs.
Experience working with organizational change methodologies and adoption frameworks.

Required Certifications

Prosci Certified Change Practitioner OR
ADKAR Certification
