RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Oracle Payroll Systems Administrator in Andover, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a functional expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, supporting configuration, troubleshooting, testing, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
* Provide production support throughout payroll processing cycles and resolve system issues impacting timely and accurate payroll
* Troubleshoot payroll flows, integrations, interfaces, extracts, configuration, and data-related issues
* Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, technical teams, and external vendors to resolve complex system issues
* Maintain payroll system configurations and controls to support accurate and compliant processing
* Monitor and support integrations between Oracle HCM and external payroll, vendor, and financial systems
* Perform diagnostic testing and support application upgrades, enhancements, and releases
* Implement workflow improvements, automation, and system configurations to increase operational efficiency
* Support recurring and year-end payroll activities, including reconciliation, reporting validation, and system readiness
* Develop and maintain procedures, system documentation, and user training materials
* Provide guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities, configuration options, risks, and process improvements
* Participate in critical payroll support and issue-resolution activities as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Payroll required
* Experience supporting payroll configuration, processing, testing, troubleshooting, and production issues
* Knowledge of Oracle Payroll flows, integrations, interfaces, extracts, and Fast Formulas
* Experience with system integrations, data flows, and external vendor file exchanges
* Oracle Time and Labor and/or Absence Management experience preferred
* Experience supporting payroll year-end activities, reconciliation, and reporting validation
* Understanding of payroll compliance, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause analysis skills
* Ability to work effectively across HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams
* Strong documentation, communication, and process-improvement skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
