Summary
Role: Oracle HCM Integration Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Integration Lead to lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, integrations, configuration, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM Data Loader, Payroll Interface, Time and Labor, and Benefits Cloud.
The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective HCM solutions, troubleshoot integration issues, oversee testing activities, and ensure compliance with business requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and deployment activities.
- Design, configure, and manage Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on Data Loader, Payroll Interface, Time and Labor, and Benefits Cloud.
- Manage integration points between Oracle HCM modules and existing enterprise systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Payroll and Benefits-related issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions.
- Oversee functional and regression testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to improve HCM processes, integrations, and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, business requirements, and implementation best practices.
- Conduct client meetings and workshops to discuss project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver training to clients and internal teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Support presales activities through solution demonstrations and technical expertise when required.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM updates, features, and recommended practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Interface.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
- Experience with functional testing and regression testing.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud HCM Performance Management.
- Oracle Cloud HCM testing and quality assurance.
- Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Experience conducting client workshops and providing technical guidance.
