Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field
Experience Requirements
- Experience in quality engineering, complaint handling, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Knowledge of quality systems and compliance processes
- Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings effectively
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Review completed complaint investigations and returned product analysis reports
- Evaluate product performance issues and ensure complaints are adequately addressed
- Support quality investigations involving electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, chemical, or optical products
- Assist technicians and engineering teams with technical analysis and documentation
- Identify and communicate quality concerns to cross-functional teams
- Analyze trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical support for regulatory, legal, and customer service inquiries
- Participate in projects focused on enhancing investigation processes and quality outcomes
- Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and established procedures

- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
