Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Rate: $42.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

We're seeking a detail-oriented Complaint Handling Quality Engineer to review product complaint investigations, analyze technical findings, and ensure quality standards are met. Education Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field


Experience Requirements


  • Experience in quality engineering, complaint handling, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred

  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills

  • Knowledge of quality systems and compliance processes

  • Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings effectively

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills


Job Duties


  • Review completed complaint investigations and returned product analysis reports

  • Evaluate product performance issues and ensure complaints are adequately addressed

  • Support quality investigations involving electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, chemical, or optical products

  • Assist technicians and engineering teams with technical analysis and documentation

  • Identify and communicate quality concerns to cross-functional teams

  • Analyze trends and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Provide technical support for regulatory, legal, and customer service inquiries

  • Participate in projects focused on enhancing investigation processes and quality outcomes

  • Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and established procedures

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and concentration skills

  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
