We are seeking an experienced
Quality Engineer to support
post-market surveillance, complaint trending, data analytics, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level professional with expertise in
statistical analysis, Power BI, risk management, quality engineering, and product performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complaint trending, signal detection, and post-market surveillance activities to identify product quality and patient safety concerns.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend analysis to evaluate product performance and emerging risks.
- Develop, maintain, and improve monitoring tools, dashboards, reports, and automated analytics solutions.
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and performance metrics.
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and risk-based monitoring methodologies to support quality and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Clinical, and Risk Management teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Present findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Support audit readiness, quality system compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, quality engineering, post-market surveillance, or data analysis within a regulated industry.
- Strong proficiency with Power BI, data visualization, statistical methods, SPC, and analytical tool development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
