Post-Market Quality Engineer

Location: Arden Hills, MN (Onsite Preferred)


Pay: $42 per hour


Are you looking to build your career in Quality Engineering, Data Analytics, Post-Market Surveillance, or Regulatory Compliance? We are seeking a Post-Market Quality Engineer to support product quality monitoring, complaint analysis, and performance trending in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates and early-career professionals to develop experience with quality systems, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor product complaints and perform quality data analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance concerns.

  • Support post-market surveillance activities and complaint trending initiatives.

  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

  • Perform statistical analysis and assist with Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, Clinical, and Risk Management teams.

  • Investigate data discrepancies and support root cause analysis efforts.

  • Assist with continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and reporting enhancements.

  • Support compliance with quality systems, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related technical field.

  • 0-3 years of experience in data analytics, quality engineering, statistical analysis, post-market surveillance, or a related field.

  • Experience with Power BI, Excel, data visualization, or reporting tools is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
