Post-Market Quality Engineer to support product quality monitoring, complaint analysis, and performance trending in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates and early-career professionals to develop experience with quality systems, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product complaints and perform quality data analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance concerns.
- Support post-market surveillance activities and complaint trending initiatives.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Perform statistical analysis and assist with Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, Clinical, and Risk Management teams.
- Investigate data discrepancies and support root cause analysis efforts.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and reporting enhancements.
- Support compliance with quality systems, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related technical field.
- 0-3 years of experience in data analytics, quality engineering, statistical analysis, post-market surveillance, or a related field.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, data visualization, or reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
