Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $34.93/hr W2
Schedule: Hybrid – minimum 4 days onsite
Laptop: Candidate must have their own laptop (not a tablet)

Role Overview:
Seeking a Financial/Budget Analyst to support the O2C Reimbursement Team within Platform Services. The role will manage customer reimbursement processes, financial analysis, contract compliance, and reporting while partnering with Finance, Sales, Audit, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer reimbursement processes and verify contractual compliance.
Analyze payment scorecards, financial data, and customer agreements.
Reconcile payments and calculate financial commitments.
Maintain financial systems, reports, and internal controls.
Research and resolve data integrity and financial discrepancies.
Support audits, ad-hoc financial requests, and Sales reporting.
Manage prepaids, lease revenue, and beverage marketing programs.
Provide financial training and support to the Sales organization.

Required Skills:
Strong Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI and large datasets.
Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial transactions.
Knowledge of financial policies, reporting, budgeting, and data validation.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with Finance, Sales, Audit, and cross-functional teams.
