SR. IT Business Analyst at GA

Position: Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze business needs, write clear requirements, and support the full project lifecycle
• Coordinate maintenance, enhancements, and testing activities with internal teams and vendors
• Create training materials and assist with user training and data preparation
• Develop and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing
• Build partnerships across teams to ensure timely, quality deliverables

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Experience managing IT projects and writing business requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Balsamiq, Azure DevOps, and SQL scripting
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate stakeholder needs
• Data analysis, testing, and UAT experience
• Independent, detail-oriented, analytical mindset
