Position: Senior IT Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA 30334
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description: We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead complex system enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will translate stakeholder needs into detailed requirements, develop test plans, and support user training and UAT to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze business needs, write clear requirements, and support the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate maintenance, enhancements, and testing activities with internal teams and vendors
- Create training materials and assist with user training and data preparation
- Develop and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing
- Build partnerships across teams to ensure timely, quality deliverables
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Experience managing IT projects and writing business requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Balsamiq, Azure DevOps, and SQL scripting
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate stakeholder needs
- Data analysis, testing, and UAT experience
- Independent, detail-oriented, analytical mindset
