This role is crucial for ensuring successful system build, testing, and deployment readiness. The candidate will focus on integrations, reporting, and business process configuration, partnering closely with HR, IT, and implementation vendors.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

Workday Recruiting

Core HCM

Experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking

Strong emphasis on configuration and testing

Data validation skills

Role Overview

The role involves supporting the implementation of Workday by focusing on integrations, reporting, and business process configuration. The candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and implementation vendors to ensure the system is built, tested, and ready for deployment. Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Recruiting, Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, Help, and Journeys is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Test and support Workday business processes

Configure security roles and system setup across HCM modules

Partner with functional teams to align configurations with business needs

Troubleshoot configurations and update designs

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
