- Hands-on trade show/event management experience, with proven ownership from planning through onsite execution and post-show wrap-up
- Strong trade show operations expertise, including ERC/sponsor portals, show service ordering, booth laCandidatets, shipping/logistics, I&D, and onsite booth management.
- Excellent project and vendor management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with the ability to work independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with event technology and reporting, including lead retrieval platforms, Salesforce, and post-event KPI/ROI measurement.

- The Trade Show Event Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of domestic trade shows. Candidate will act as the strategic lead for on-site logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis, ensuring every activation aligns with broader marketing objectives and brand standards.
Candidate Role:
- Lead, direct, and motivate cross-functional team members and vendors to execute trade shows
- Manage all aspects of show service ordering, booth laCandidatet development, and material logistics (shipping/packing) for multiple concurrent events
- Lead on-site booth installation, dismantling (I&D), and day-to-day booth operations, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and vendors
- Liaise with Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive teams to ensure booth messaging and ancillary events (staffing, dinners, hospitality) align with overall
- event goals
- Plan and execute innovative promotional strategies and booth activations (demos, theater sessions, giveaways) to maximize high-quality lead generation
- Conduct comprehensive post-event ROI analysis. Track KPIs (Cost per Lead, MQL conversion, engagement metrics) to provide actionable insights for future investment
- Develop and implement streamlined operational processes and risk mitigation strategies to improve efficiency and ensure safety compliance
What Candidate Will Bring:
- This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead innovative marketing initiatives that create memorable brand experiences while achieving strategic business goals.
- 5 years of experience in trade show management, experiential marketing, or large-scale event production
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing budgets and multiple simultaneous projects with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present post-show performance data to senior leadership
- A "solution-oriented" mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Willingness and ability to travel (up to 30%) for on-site event coordination and management
- Power user of Salesforce, G-Suite, Wrike, and Slack. Experience with lead retrieval and event management software is required
