Responsibilities

• Serve as the central authority and strategic advisor across all business and technical units for prospective artificial intelligence applications.
• Direct the central inventory of emerging technology tools and facilitate recurring meetings with organizational oversight committees.
• Evaluate third-party software vendors, ambient workflow tools, and automation systems to ensure proper alignment with risk frameworks, compliance guidelines, and privacy mandates.
• Partner with cross-functional technical teams to analyze current reporting workflows and identify opportunities for advanced analytics integrations.
• Partner with operational leaders and clinical staff to define high-value use cases for large language models, automated digital agents, and decision-support systems.
• Author comprehensive documentation including workflow architectures, operational guidelines, deployment roadmaps, and system performance evaluations.
• Provide routine business-hours guidance and specialized support to internal technical teams addressing data analytics and reporting tickets.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on professional background in machine learning applications, predictive analytics, or modern data science.

Demonstrated experience coordinating enterprise technology initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, or managing vendor integration cycles.

Proven familiarity with deploying or evaluating large language models (LLMs), digital AI agents, or automated analytics solutions.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline (equivalent professional track record showing deep technical domain knowledge will be considered).

Residency outside of restricted geographic regions (excluding candidates located in CA, NY, WA, or CO).

Nice-to-Haves:

Understanding of regulatory standards, data restriction protocols, and privacy considerations in highly regulated operating environments.

Practical knowledge of data analysis languages and platforms such as Python, Power BI, cloud AI ecosystems, or enterprise EMR architecture.
