We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist I to support the execution of field marketing programs across high-growth industry segments. This role will work closely with Field Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging marketing programs, events, and sales enablement initiatives.

Location: Remote, able to travel for events as needed.
Candidates must be based near San Diego, CA, or Chicago, IL or New York, NY, or the San Francisco Bay Area and be available to travel for events as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of field marketing programs, including:
- Webinars
- Workshops
- Large-scale in-person events
- Executive events
- Third-party sponsorships
- Assist with creating and maintaining sales enablement materials and event communications.
- Support pre-event and post-event marketing activities.
- Manage procurement activities and assist with budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and deliverables to ensure marketing programs are scalable and repeatable.
- Collaborate closely with sales and internal business partners to ensure successful program execution.
- Travel to events as required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing events or field marketing, preferably within a B2B enterprise software/SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting corporate marketing events and programs.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace — Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
- Experience working in a Mac environment.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and event-related deliverables.

Travel
Travel is required periodically to support in-person marketing events and programs.
