Delaware North is hiring a Workday Integrations and Agent Developer to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Workday Integrations and Agent Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of integrations with third-party, native applications, and Workday processes, self-built agents, tools, and technology.

\n Pay\n
Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 - $129,400 / year
\n
\n
\n
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?\n
\n
\n - Develop technical integration standards that balance business needs, operational efficiency, scalability, security, and maintainability.
\n - Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs, web services, and related technologies.
\n - Develop secure integrations between Workday and internal or third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, Workday Web Services, and file-based integration methods.
\n - Configure and support Workday integration security, API access, and integrations connected to Workday business processes.
\n - Design event-driven integrations and automated workflows triggered by Workday transactions using Workday Orchestrate and APIs.
\n - Support the global deployment of secure, scalable, and data-centric Workday integration solutions in collaboration with business users, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
\n - Identify and mitigate integration, security, data, and operational risks through analysis, testing, governance, and technical controls.
\n - Perform integration, regression, and automated testing within continuous integration and deployment environments.
\n - Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and track integration defects through resolution.
\n - Ensure solutions comply with company policies, security protocols, data governance requirements, and technical standards.
\n - Adapt integration solutions to evolving business requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

More about you\n
\n - Minimum 7 years of experience developing and supporting Workday integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, BIRT, and Boomerang integrations.
\n - Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture, data flows, and integration best practices.
\n - Familiarity with RESTful web services, APIs, XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
\n - Ability to effectively collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to design and support integration solutions.
\n - Experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving integration issues in production environments.
\n - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
\n - Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes, data structures, and security considerations.
\n - Experience supporting integration testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
\n - Eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis, no sponsorship available

\n - Experience with Workday Orchestrate.
\n - Experience with Workday Extend.
\n - Experience integrating Workday Recruiting and third-party recruiting solutions such as Paradox and HiredScore.
\n - Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
