Workday Integration Analyst

Immediate and Remote opportunity for a Workday Integration Analyst to join HR Technology team. In this role, you ll design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring data flows are accurate, secure, and efficient. This is a hands-on technical role with high visibility, supporting critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integrations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful data exchanges.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on integration best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XML/XSLT).
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.
• Experience with Workday security and data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Workday Certification (Integration or HCM) strongly preferred.
