We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies and a solid understanding of HR and business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external applications.
- Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Analyze integration requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
- Work with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other business teams to understand integration requirements.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve errors and failures.
- Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure integrations follow security, data privacy, and enterprise standards.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Developer.
- Experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and XML/JSON.
- Experience developing and supporting complex Workday integrations.
- Understanding of Workday HCM and related business processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Core Connectors.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and custom reports.
- Knowledge of Workday Security and integration security.
- Experience with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, or financial systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
