Our client is looking to hire a IT Support Technician. This is a great opportunity to work for a smaller company and evolve into a more technical role. This role will troubleshoot hardware and software related issues. In this role, this person will be providing support to providers/physicians, patients (for portal or technical issues), and manufacturer program teams
Technical Investigation
Review application logs
Validate workflow status
Investigate API failures
Review interface queues
Validate data conversions
Troubleshoot fax, SMS, email, and file processing
Investigate provider portal issues
Customer Support
Support providers/physicians
Support patients (for portal or technical issues)
Support manufacturer program teams
Coordinate with specialty pharmacies
Work with integration partners
Vendor Coordination
Open and manage tickets with your development partner
Coordinate releases
Validate fixes
Track SLAs
Escalate production issues

This is a Contract position based out of Canonsburg, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
