A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Data Analyst.

Position Type:   Full-Time, Contract
Duration:           12+ months
Location:            Charlotte NC 28217 (Onsite)

As a Business Data Analyst, you will:

Supports the Infrastructure & Platform organization by analyzing financial, operational, and customer data, developing reports and presentations, and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Analyze financial, intake, and customer data to identify trends, provide insights, and support business decisions.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate meetings, and track project deliverables.
Support project planning, documentation management, and cross-functional communication

The ideal candidate will have:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and data manipulation.
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, data-driven presentations for leadership.
Experience analyzing financial data, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Business Analyst and/or project coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Strong IT infrastructure background

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40-$45 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
