You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you'll do exactly that. You'll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we're transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because "good enough" builds the past. You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC or Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.

THE WORK:

  • Help Desk & User Support - You'll serve as the first line of response for Deltek end-user inquiries, triaging and resolving tickets within your trained scope and escalating promptly when something falls outside it. You'll keep the queue clear, communicate clearly with users, and document solutions to the team knowledge base.
  • System Monitoring & Configuration Maintenance - You'll monitor Deltek Vantagepoint process queues and system performance on a routine basis, flagging anomalies and escalating to the Financial Systems Manager. You'll maintain system configurations as directed - labor codes, organization structures, user records, and access settings - and monitor prevailing wage configurations for discrepancies or expiring data.
  • Deltek Updates & Defect Research - You'll track release notes, system change notifications, and open support cases - summarizing relevant impacts for the Financial Systems Manager and flagging defects before they affect operational workflows.
  • Data Entry, Validation & Payroll Support - You'll prepare and validate data import files, support new hire, termination, and leave of absence setup in Vantagepoint, execute the weekly ADP-to-Deltek timesheet validation cycle, maintain payroll week updates for applicable entities, and support monthly period-end tasks as assigned.
  • Reporting & Data Extraction - You'll extract data from Deltek Vantagepoint and connected systems, build and format recurring operational reports for Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations stakeholders, and support ad hoc data pulls as directed.
  • Integration Support & Testing - You'll support active integration programs by executing defined import tasks, running point checks, tracking issue status, and reporting to the Financial Systems Manager. You'll validate import results, identify mismatches, and execute user acceptance testing for new configurations and system enhancements.
  • Deltek Operations Knowledge Base - You'll maintain and grow the team's Deltek Operations Knowledge Base - a structured library of system procedures, troubleshooting references, and known defects designed to become a comprehensive ERP administration resource. You'll draft assigned SOP sections under Financial Systems Manager review and contribute recurring resolutions to the ticketing system knowledge base.
  • Training & Coordination - You'll coordinate training session logistics, support end-user training delivery across Time & Expense, CRM, and PM modules, help prepare user communications for system changes, and track meeting notes and action items for ERP Operations activities.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision, actively used in a professional environment - minimum one year of confirmed exposure required.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English - you will author documentation others rely on and serve as the first point of contact for system users.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint in a professional environment.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • A genuine interest in ERP operations and financial systems administration - this role is a career launchpad, and the right candidate wants to grow in this direction.
  • Strong attention to detail with data - you catch discrepancies, follow defined processes precisely, and escalate rather than guess.
  • Comfort working within defined processes and escalating appropriately when a task falls outside your scope, training, or confidence level.
  • Ability to align to PDT business hours during training periods as required, regardless of home location.
  • Experience with ADP-to-ERP integrations or payroll data validation workflows.
  • Background in engineering, infrastructure, capital projects, or AE consulting - familiarity with project-based billing, WBS structures, and labor codes will accelerate your ramp.
  • Experience in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction, or multi-currency ERP environment.
  • Familiarity with prevailing wage compliance requirements in a project-based ERP.
  • Any Deltek certifications or formal Deltek product training.
  • Experience with UAT execution, system integration testing, or ticketing systems.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
