MUST HAVE 8-10 YEARS OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT

-Plan, oversee and coordinate the organizational change management activities throughout the whole project life cycle of a system implementation. Primary focus is to ensure the organization adopts new technology and processes.
-Along with technology implementations, other aspects of the Organizational Change process may include, but are not limited to, communications management, risk assessment, and workforce/human resources transformations.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Drive work-stream delivery through full project lifecycle by successfully completing the projects to required client schedule, budget and scope
-Apply "best practices" from prior involvement in large-scale people change initiatives
-Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change with heavy emphasis on remote workforce
-Perform the relevant and typical project management processes such as; initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close Perform the supporting project management processes such as; scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management
-Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts
-Plan the project based on a defined need - results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline
-Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and on budget with the required quality Interface and communicate with project team, management and stakeholders
-Identify and understand current controls gaps and develop and execute plan to remediate
Qualifications: Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or other related discipline PMP Certification
-Record of project management and delivery to time and cost for large projects
-Experience managing regulatory change projects
-Prior experience with vendor software implementations, conversion/migration projects, organization change management and process reengineering initiatives
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
