For this contractor assignment, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic Duck Creek Manuscript Refactor initiative focused on modernizing our policy platform and preparing for a future migration to Duck Creek OnDemand Active Delivery. The successful candidate will possess a combination of strong project leadership and hands-on Duck Creek expertise. Experience leading complex projects, removing legacy customizations, and guiding cross-functional teams through technical change while maintaining alignment with business objectives is essential to success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Manuscript Refactor initiative on schedule and with high quality.
- Drive alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
- Reduce technical complexity by supporting the removal of legacy customizations.
- Establish a strong foundation for future migration to Duck Creek OnDemand.
- Lead with accountability, transparency, collaboration, and a focus on results.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Duck Creek Manuscript Refactor initiative.
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, budget, and project governance.
- Drive accountability and collaboration across business, technology, testing, and vendor teams.
- Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and executive-level status reporting.
qualifications:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading or facilitating projects in an application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas is required.
- {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Project Management) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in leadership or in leading or facilitating projects in an application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas.
